So I can see Danny Devito playing the part once again however I also see Johnny Depp. Personally I don't like The Penguin, I do find him to be a lame character, but if anyone can recreate The Penguin it would be Christopher Nolan and the actor playing The Penguin. I don't think Nolan will do The Penguin, at least not for the next movie, I'm thinking he'll do a combination of Bane, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, and The Riddler.
