I believe the name you are looking for is Sherry Jackson.

The Riddler's False Notion
Episode Number: 32 Season Num: 1 First Aired: April 28, 1966

The vocal track for Miss Jackson was obviously dubbed by a much older actress for this episode. It was like putting a 45 year-old voice on a 20 year-old face.

I don't know what the producers were thinking. Sherry Jackson was a popular, well-known actress from her days on Make Room for Daddy. Anybody watching High Tide in 1960 would have been shocked to hear that voice coming out of her! And she guest starred in another Warner Brothers episode, 77 Sunset Strip in the same year, with no dubbing. If there was a problem with her vocal quality, why was she dubbed in Surfside 6 but not in 77 Sunset Strip? (edit) Sherry appeared in a Star Trek episode called, "What Are Little Girls Made Of?", which aired on October 20, 1966. (edit)
