Batman and Robin decipher a clue that leads them to the opera "Pagliacci" (The Sad Clown). Joker is on stage as Pagliacci, wearing a clown mask over his face. Batman sees that it is the Joker, rushes on stage, and rips his mask off. When he does, there is a close-up of the Joker laughing. If you look not so hard enough, you can see Cesar Romero's moustache peeking out through his makeup. He refused to shave it off for the show. The episode was “The Joker is Wild”
